In 2013, our Founder, a stakeholder engagement strategist with over 25 years of private and public sector stakeholder engagement experience, was frustrated with the limited software options on the market and the administrative burden of requiring 3-4 different software solutions to drive effective online (and support capturing of offline) engagement. So, with our Technical Development Manager, much determination, and user testing, parent company, My Business App Pty. Ltd. launched Engagement Hub in March 2016.
Since then Engagement Hub has developed into a market leader recognised for our ongoing commitment to innovation, software UX experience, outstanding customer service and informed advice.

We continually seek to support social and environmental initiatives and currently undertake this with volunteering and financial support to Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia and Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife.
